A good deal starts
with peace of mind.
Every used product has a story. Every transaction should have trust. Here’s how to make a more informed choice.
Before you buy
- Get to know the seller.Check identity status, completed transactions, and written reviews.
- Read the Condition Passport.Understand which details are seller-declared. Ask about anything missing.
- Compare similar listings. An asking price is not a guarantee of value. Check the model and condition.
- Meet in a public place.Choose a well-lit location. Tell someone where you’re going.
- Inspect before paying.Test the product and confirm it matches the description.
Before you sell
- Protect your information.Remove personal data and sign out of devices before handover.
- Keep the condition honest.Photograph signs of wear and disclose repairs or damage.
- Know who you’re meeting.Review the buyer’s profile and agree on the details beforehand.
- Confirm payment yourself.Check your own payment account; don’t rely only on a screenshot.
- Keep credentials private.Never share OTPs, passwords, card PINs, or payment credentials.

This is the planned verification progression. Identity documents are never public. A verification badge does not mean RELIST has inspected a product or guaranteed a transaction.
